Last year we ran over a hundred events across Berlin, bringing together more than ten thousand founders, operators, and investors from some of the region's leading companies. One insight kept repeating: what matters isn't the event itself; it's the access it creates, to hiring, to investors, to deals, and to the right room.

This year we want to take that further. We're calling it "The Gathering”, built around three pillars: Personal: becoming who your next chapter requires, Business: growing through the collective wisdom of the room, and Community: the relationships that make both possible.

We're inviting a small, highly curated group of exceptional people, founders, CEOs, investors, operators, creators, family business leaders, who carry real responsibility and bring genuine value to the table. We don't curate for titles. We curate for contribution: every person in the room is selected because they'd make it better.
