Last week's topic focused on valentines day and raise of lonely single men, also lack of male communities. In the past, when men have come together, they've initiated world wars or invaded countries on a whim. This reflects the negative bias in my thoughts, a sentiment echoed in my WhatsApp chats—I'm not alone in thinking this way. I find immense value in my female friendships, the wealth of information in WhatsApp groups, sport, dinners etc. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my male friends. The truth is, men also need spaces for growth, safe space and emotional expression. They often look up to thought leaders and expect mentorship from their managers, who, as they frequently point out, lack charisma. Does this mean your managers also need coaching?

However, on a positive note, amazing friends have informed me about the existence of "men's living rooms" in Finland.

It's 00:00, and I'm stuck in Ingolstadt, having needed to be in München 3h ago. This situation underscores the necessity for another sustainable travel options beyond the Deutsche Bahn mafia.
