Earlier-stage capital is moving too: Pulsetrain closed a ~€6 M seed for AI-optimised EV batteries, while Luminovo (≈$16 M raised to date) keeps attracting investors building software directly wired into Europe’s industrial backbone. The pattern is obvious: fewer deals, bigger checks, long-term conviction — and Munich sitting right at the intersection of capital, industry, and geopolitics.
