This weekend, I had the delightful opportunity to visit Berlin and catch up with two of my close friends who are thriving entrepreneurs, along with their partners-one hailing from Berlin and the other from Munich. The Munich duo operates on a unique schedule, dedicating their time to business from 8 AM sharp, and post-6 PM? It's all about unwinding and embracing leisure activities, with weekends reserved strictly for relaxation and fun.

On the other hand, the Berlin pair practices the art of shared calendars, cleverly booking a 4-hour brunch extravaganza this weekend and that´s it.

Voilà, the concept of "girlfriend equity" was born—a creative solution to honor the time and support our partners provide in our entrepreneurial journeys.

In essence, girlfriend equity is not just about recognizing the invaluable support of partners;
