Hey FOMO Munich 👋

Being a founder is exhausting. I love it, which is exactly why I left Berlin for four days to protect it.

The destination was Gutshof Fredenwalde, with VANTAGE, Accelerate Health’s four-month program for founders and CEOs. Sauna. Cold plunges. A room full of people carrying the same weight. Conversations that went further than anyone planned.

They measure everything, from your HRV to what your team really thinks of you. Brutal. Effective. Past cohorts cut stress by 24%.

I came home lighter. If you’ve been running on fumes, the next batch starts in 2027. DM me with questions. I might put in a good word. In the end, it’s all about connecting great people.

And while you were sleeping, we did it again. Our ultimate Slush side event list is ready: 150+ events, cut down to the ones worth freezing for. How to get it? Watch my LinkedIn tomorrow.

As I always say: this is just the start. 💙

And our next FOMO events: 🚨

  • Fri. Nov. 6: YFC Community Night by FOMO x CODE x Startup Berlin 🍻 | From 7:30 PM: The night before Young Founders Conference. Founders from YFN chapters across Germany, hosted by us at CODE. No stage, no pitches. Drinks, snacks and the people you’ll see again tomorrow. Free, approval only. CODE University, Berlin.

  • Sat. Nov. 7: Young Founders Conference 2026 🌱 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 AM:
Founders of GetYourGuide, Choco, KoRo, SAP Signavio and TIER on one bill. 40+ speakers, live pitches, a full day of networking, then an afterparty that runs till 3. Tickets from €25. It’s (y)our turn. NLND Neuland,

  • Tue. Nov. 17: Founder & Investor Padel Open: Slush Edition 🎾 | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Berlin, Munich, Cape Town. Sold out ten times over. Now Slush. Founders and investors, mixed doubles, partners drawn on court. Then sauna, ice bath, DJ till midnight. With Berlin Partner. The most Finnish way to close a round. Konepaja, Helsinki.
